Total coordination of energy consulting projects within the Vonovia building portfolio: Control and selection of external energy consulting offices as well as ensuring compliance with qualitative and timely specifications Technical assessment and assessment of energetic modernisation including analysis of potential savings Close cooperation and interface management with internal specialist departments (e.g. construction project management, TGA planning, funding management) and regional contact persons Support for the further development of internal standards and processes in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineer with deepening construction, building technology, facility management or in a comparable field First relevant professional experience in energy building renovation, energy consulting or project management Remarkable: Qualification as an Energy Efficiency Expert Residential Building Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as team spirit and communication strength
