You enter our customers in complaints, clarify, process and document complaint documents using our ERP and DMS systems You require and archive delivery documents in the document management system and are contact person:in the RMA process management within the department You communicate safely with international logistics and producers You check open items and send payment reminders as part of the Mahnwesen Together with Accounting and Controlling, you will develop evaluations and analyses on customer complaints You process telephone and written customer and supplier requests with a lot of fingertips

You have a completed training in the commercial sector You have professional experience in complaint processing, ideally in the sales service You draw from high customer and service orientation You have good knowledge of German and English at C1 level You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially in the field of Excel, and good knowledge in Outlook You think and trade proactively and solution-oriented
