The assistant: internal documentation is an important basis for you to work well together in the team and to accompany the health development of our assistants.

You have first experiences in the nursing environment. Ideally, you have completed a 200-hour course or other care-oriented training. If you convince us by your motivation and your commitment to the professional field, the Pflegbasis course can be completed on a professional basis if necessary after the job has been completed. For your assistants, you are a reliable, honest and sensitive everyday support and your colleagues can always count on you.

We start with an above-average payment by house rate (oriented on TV-L, pay group 5): 17,77 €/hour in the first year and from the second year 19,30 €/hour plus Supplements. Continue with 48 days holiday per year. On top of that there is a grant for the BVG company ticket in the annual subscription or the Germany ticket.
