For our Customer Support, Reliability, Security (CRS) service field in the Tribe Identity and Security Platforms (CRSISP), we are looking for you as a Senior Software Engineer Identity & Access Management (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Munich and Germany from 30 hours a week. You are critical of the design, architecture and strategic development of our identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You are a central contact for the technical roadmap and, with modern development methods and tools, make sure that our IAM strategy is implemented in a sustainable manner. You have very good, deeper development experience and with technical expertise within the team by analyzing current and future requirements and developing innovative solutions that meet the latest technological standards. You are responsible for the development and implementation of quality standards, including automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end tests) and thus for a stable and reliable IAM environment. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions for digital identities. In doing so, you bring innovative ideas and advance their implementation to continuously improve our systems.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of computer science as well as many years of professional experience in the development, architecture and operation of software systems in the enterprise environment or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the management of cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have profound knowledge of IT architectures, IT security standards and their implementation in enterprise environments and bring advanced language, protocol and interface skills (e.g. Java, Groovy, Python, Bash., REST-APIs, OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect). You are able to design and implement scalable, secure and manageable IAM architectures. You have knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) to act safely in an international environment. salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between € 75,000 and € 105,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
