Commercial Development Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you report directly to our CCO and perform a central control function in the Commercial Resort. You act as an austerity partner on C‐Level, structuring complex, cross-departmental issues and creating the basis for sound decisions. You will focus on AI and data-driven initiatives in the commercial environment, prioritise relevant topics and ensure that strategic projects are translated into concrete, effective measures. At the same time, you act as a link to the leadership team, have an ear for key challenges in the field and advance key major projects in a structured manner. In particular, Develop and further advance strategic initiatives in the commercial sector, in particular with a view to growth, efficiency and scalability Design and implement projects such as the strategy and development of Domestic Distribution analyse and implement specific commercial levers (e.g. pricing, category, supply chain) structuring, prioritizing and implementing cross-departmental transformation initiatives Record external impulses and best practices (e.g. benchmarking, market analyses), make available internally and translate them into concrete measures further develop new ways of working and decision logic in the commercial sector (New Ways of Working) Identify, evaluate and prioritize AI and Analytics Use Cases in the Commercial context develop a data-driven roadmap for the commercial sector and control its implementation Support pilot projects (PoCs) and transfer them to scalable solutions act as an interface between business and data/AI units and ensure that initiatives are deposited on concrete business impact

Multiannual experience in a strategic, transformation-oriented or commercial role (e.g. Commercial Development, Corporate Strategy, Inhouse Consulting, Management Consulting) Detectable experience in structuring, prioritizing and implementing initiatives in a complex business environment Understanding commercial relationships (e.g. pricing, category, sales, supply chain or comparable levers) Embossed analytical strength as well as the ability to structure complex issues clearly and to translate them into feasible solutions Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders as well as sovereign communication and moderation capability Good understanding of data, analytics and AI topics from business perspective, in particular for identifying, evaluating and implementing data-driven use cases with clear business impact Understanding the End-to-End Development of Use Cases, from Hypothesis to PoC and Piloting to Scaling in Operation Ability to translate between business, technology and management and bring together different perspectives for a clear, feasible approach High self-responsibility, hand-on mentality and joy in actively shaping issues You don't meet all the requirements, do you think the place fits exactly with you?
