Softwarearchitekt (m/w/d)

You are responsible for FOSS and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and IT security requirements. Your tasks include the further development of the existing FOSS regulatory documents and SSDLC guidelines based on regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA). Specifications and Quality Gates for FOSS in the SSDLC are defined by you and you create a tool box that allows its effective and automated application in CI/CD pipelines. Our application developers: you are supported by recognizing, evaluating and treating FOSS-related vulnerabilities, licenses and other risks (e.g. Project-Health, Supply-Chain risks) along the entire SSDLC. You evaluate suitable tools, select suitable solutions and support their use – including tools for SBOM creation, vulnerability analysis (SCA), risk-based policy evaluation, and licensing and documentation. The creation of metrics and reports on the situation of the FOSS compliance and the effectiveness of the SSDLC controls in the company is your responsibility. You will become part of an interdisciplinary (virtual) team that completely optimises the interaction of technology, security, IT law and license management, thus shaping the efficient use of FOSS in the SSDLC.

You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification. You are interested in the design of the topics FOSS, vulnerability management and software-supply-chain risks and have already gained knowledge and experience in these areas. Security and compliance controls are implemented in the development process, for example by quality gates, policy enforcement and automated testing Finding experience with popular SCA/Security tools, SBOM management and CI/CD pipelines will help you. Pre-experience in application development is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Knowledge of FOSS licenses and their impact on product design and architecture are beneficial. An analytical, structured and risk-oriented way of working distinguishes you. Clear and understandable communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is obvious to you. You are organising yourself and implementing regulatory requirements and security requirements responsibly.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
