Complete order processing in consultation with the departments Sales, Production, Logistics and Export Control Loading of orders in the ERP system and preparation of order throughput and time monitoring Compilation of shipping documents (Germany, Europe, third country) and, if necessary, entire customs processing including Creation of the export declaration in compliance with the currently applicable laws and regulations commissioning of freight forwarders and monitoring of the transport path Invoicing, accounting and handling of document collections Active coordination with external and internal interface partners Advice and support for internal specialist departments in international trade Master data management in the ERP system Processing of imports in cooperation with our direct representation

a completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial trader forwarding trader, merchant* wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable subject / study first professional experience in order processing in a manufacturing and international company Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV Basic knowledge of export and customs as well as experience in shipping logistics a structured and careful working style with high quality standards Responsibility, self-initiative and team skills Self-working, high level of learning and interest in the active participation of process improvements Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed team and communication skills as well as safe occurrence and organizational talent
