Campaign development & implementation: Conception and implementation of innovative recruiting campaigns on classic platforms (e.g. Stepstone, Indeed) and modern channels such as TikTok, Instagram & Co. Use impulses of time: trend observation and proactive integration of new methods and platforms in the recruiting process Target group-oriented approach: development and implementation of target group-oriented sourcing strategies (Active Sourcing, Talent Pools etc.) Employer Branding: Participation in the construction and development of our employer brand Communication & Consistency: Ensuring a consistently professional and uniform employer presence – internally and externally System-assisted work: use and further development of software soft guards for controlling and evaluating the recruiting processes Performance-Monitoring: Continuous Analysis, Evaluation and Optimization of Recruiting Key Figures (KPIs) Consultant: Competent Advice of our Executives (m/w/d) on questions and suggestions about recruiting as well as the support of recruiting events and career fairs

You have a degree in the field of BWL, human resources management or business psychology, as an alternative a comparable training as well as multiannual practical experience in the independent supervision of recruiting processes Creative feeling and feeling for social media & digital communication are of course for you You have strong communication skills and team orientation as well as a sovereign appearance. Structured, independent and targeted working and fun working with people and processes are of course for you You already have practical experience and the motivation to design the end-to-end process and to go new ways in employee acquisition.
