You will: carry out tariffs and thus secure the customs basis for our international deliveries. Conducting preferential determinations independently - both preferential and commercial. Request, check and process supplier declarations and create your own declarations. develop and create certificates of origin and movement of goods. check international business cases for legal requirements and tax regulations and initiate corrections if necessary. Maintain external trade data in material master batches and edit amendments and workflows. Detections of exports and receipts of requests independently determine, check and maintain them on the system. Create Intrastat and Extrastat notifications and forward them in due time. Conduct and monitor export controls according to legal requirements, including US export control law. Conduct export control checks in the SAP GTS system (e.g. penalty lists, dual-use, product classification). cooperate in logistics projects and cooperate with internal and external contacts. communicate with authorities such as Customs Office, Federal Office for Statistics or BAFA. actively cooperate in the Trade Compliance Group and contribute to the further development of our processes.

You: have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a training course for customs and foreign trade. bring together a multiannual professional experience in the field of foreign and customs. have good knowledge of customs law (export/import), preferential law, determination of origin and supplier declarations. work safely with MS Office and have profound user knowledge in SAP, ideally GTS and SD. communicate very well in German and well in English - in writing as oral. are characterized by reliability, team orientation and a very independent and structured way of working.
