Junior R&D Technical Product Developer (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany Starting date: February 2026, fixed-term contract as parental leave replacement Rationalization and improvement of production technology as well as warehousing and distribution processes Continuous improvement of existing products in cooperation with the technology department and production units Ensuring the quality performance of the products used, especially for sensory properties and freshness Developing technological and quality improvements for existing products Ensuring the industrialization phase of new products Coordination of all product development trials up to the industrialization of the products At Ferrero you will have the opportunity to start an international career and shape the future of the market leader in confectionery in a very dynamic environment. Successfully completed degree in food technology or state-certified technician specializing in process engineering First professional experience in food production Very good knowledge of MS Office First experiences in dealing with databases Ability to communicate and work in a team Committed, logical and process-oriented approach to work Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Italian would be a plus
