In the incorporation phase (6-12 months) you acquire profound practical knowledge in emission measurement, functional testing and calibration of stationary, continuous measuring systems for various customers, in particular according to § 29b BImSchG. Their tasks include measurement preparation, documentation, sampling of pollutants and evaluation of the measurement results. After incorporation, you take over first projects and expand your expertise. Within 2 to 3 years, you are able to work as project manager*in more complex plant types and technical issues independently. They carry out emission measurements, functional tests and calibrations according to the relevant standards and legal requirements independently, capture and evaluate measurement data and create measurement plans and test reports. They serve existing customers in emission measurement and environmental technology and support the acquisition of new customers. They regularly participate in further education to deepen your skills and to develop new areas of responsibility. Their activities include regular external services (about 60-70%) in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia, partly with overnight stays (about 20-30%).

Higher education/higher education with a scientific or engineering focus. Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in measuring technology and control technology as well as analysis technology. Self-employed and committed work with a high degree of reliability, sense of responsibility, customer orientation and communication strength. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Travel readiness (possibly also for multi-day journeys) and driving licence of class B.
