For demanding projects in the field of live simulation, we are looking for an experienced proposal manager technology (m/w/d), which develops innovative technical solutions and successfully controls complex supply processes.

Your duties

Responsibility for technical offer creation and effort assessment of complex live simulation projects Development and development of technical system concepts in the field of live simulation Control and coordination of the entire internal supply process in cooperation with engineering, sales, project management and other departments Professional leadership and coordination of the internal supply team Analysis, evaluation and technical testing of customer requests and tender documents Discharge of customer-specific requirements including technical completeness testing Creation of supply structures, schedules and scales Responsibility for technical management during the supply and concept phase Development of concepts for systems and subsystems in the field of embedded and ICT systems Sales management support in offering strategies and customer presentations Implementation of technical presentations at national and international customers Negotiating technical content with customers, partners and suppliers Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors during the supply phase Creation and coordination of essential technical tender documents Cooperation in the strategic development of the product portfolio Observing technological market trends and future developments in the simulation environment

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, computer science, physics or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in technical project responsibility, system development or technical offer management Experience in the environment of complex simulation, embedded or ICT systems Understanding modern military systems and technologies Experience in handling international customers, partners and industrial companies Very good technical overall understanding as well as innovation and design strength Impressed communication skills and persuasion Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High intercultural competence and sovereign appearance Very good English knowledge in word and writing, especially technical English Global readiness
