We are working on the further development of our international HR system landscape (including Workday), supporting transformation projects and gaining insights into how modern HR systems, processes and data interact in a global company.

In the HR Systems division of Zeppelin GmbH at the Garching site in Munich, we are looking for a 'Workstudent HR Systems & Processes (m/w/d)' at the next possible time.

You want to:

Working with international projects around HR systems (e.g. Workday), HR digitization and processes

Maintenance, configuration and quality assurance of HR data and systems

Support for analyses, presentations and project documents

Documentation and optimization of HR processes and system configurations

Takeover of own small projects

We wish:

Immatrikulation in a relevant study course (e.g. business management, economics, business informatics) or a comparable experience

High tech affinity and interest in digital tools, data and automation

Structured mode of operation, initiative and desire to help shape

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
