You play a key role in a technically demanding business environment with high safety, quality, environmental and health requirements. In this position, you actively shape standards, processes and structures and ensure that legal requirements, internal guidelines and sustainable management systems are effectively implemented in everyday work. You work closely with the management as well as with specialists and executives and drive forward the continuous development of the entire QHSSE+I area.

You ensure that regulatory approvals are complied with and that legal and internal requirements in the field of occupational safety, environmental and process safety are reliably implemented. You develop the existing QHSSE+I management strategically and implement measures to reduce risks and to improve safety and quality standards sustainably. You are responsible for processes in the integrated management system and accompany the application, care and development of relevant standards and standards. You advise professionals and managers on all issues of occupational and health protection and support the introduction of practical solutions in the operational environment. You coordinate audits, create meaningful reports on incidents, analyses and key figures and work in projects and crisis management.

You have a degree in safety engineering, engineering or a comparable technical qualification. You bring a qualification as a specialist in occupational safety or a comparable additional qualification and know the relevant legal requirements in occupational safety very well. You work analytically, structured and responsible and convince by a clear communication and a sovereign appearance. You have experience in dealing with management systems and ideally have knowledge in implementing common standards in quality, environmental, work and safety management. You communicate very safely in German and English, are routined with MS Office and bring a pronounced affinity to digital systems and processes.
