Manager Datacenter - Monitoring / ITSM / Security (m/w/d)

You run the Datacenter Operations Support Team professionally and disciplinefully You are responsible for the availability, operation and continuous optimization of our monitoring systems, in particular to ensure alarm chains and certification requirements You secure and develop the visualization of critical data center infrastructures (power supply, cooling, refrigeration, USV etc.) You control and develop global support processes for our data center landscape You work closely with internal IT and software teams for IT, software and network topics as well as external service providers You control our co-location management, including access control, security processes, contract management, coordination with providers, space & capacity management, change and incident management You support the implementation and documentation of certification processes (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, C5, IT-Grundschutz) You promote and implement innovative technologies and solutions for the continuous improvement of data center operation

You have several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in the administration, operation or management of data centers or complex IT infrastructures You have a sound IT background with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and IT operations You have first leadership experience in an international environment You have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Datacenter Infrastructure (HV, USV, Cold, Energy Supply), technical monitoring / alarm systems, PLC and communication protocols You have a basic understanding of network infrastructure and IT interfaces You have ideally experience in handling ITSM processes (e.g. ITIL) You have strong organisational and communication skills You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are a structured, solution-oriented and team-capable personality You have a high level of innovative readiness and affinity for new technologies in IT and Datacenter operation
