Individually responsible implementation of the monthly pay bill with Sage, including all upstream and downstream processes, taking into account legal, contractual, operational and labour contract regulations Processing of special accounting provisions, in particular age, short work and occupational pensions Creation and control of the HR-side monthly and annual accounts process as well as cooperation with Finance in payment instructions and account voting Creation and further development of HR reporting as well as preparation of relevant HR key figures, statistics and personal economic evaluations Creation and control of HR budget planning within the framework of annual personnel planning Contact person for external bodies such as financial offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and professional associations Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits Advising employees and executives on questions of pay billing as well as on collective bargaining, labour law and personal economic issues Control of employee transfer including maintenance of billing rates and documentation in Quentic Solution-oriented and proactive cooperation in the digitization and further development of existing HR processes

Professional training with personal education or a relevant study comprehensive professional experience in the independent billing of remuneration of a collective company, ideally according to the collective agreements of the Bavarian metal and electrical industry Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Experience with Sage or a comparable pay settlement system Experience in the creation and analysis of HR reports and personal economic indicators Very good Excel knowledge as well as pronounced analytical and economic understanding Good English knowledge of word and writing Reliable, independent and structured operation Embossed customer and service orientation and hands-on mentality
