System-Customizer: You master the keyboard of configuration and parameterization to perfectly establish our software on the customer's individual business processes. Concept-Stratege: In close co-creation with the customer, you unleash fit blueprints that combine both technological excellence and individual needs. Design Champion: You take part projects in your own responsibility and use your design space to transform innovative ideas into measurable results. Project Lounge: You are responsible for the structured planning and successful execution of demanding customer projects. Knowledge Enabler: Through strategic workshops, you enable our customers to exploit the full potential of our systems and generate real added value.

Funded knowledge foundation: You have completed your studies with IT focus, an education as a specialist and or convince us as ambitious cross-comers with high IT affinity and the ambition to work into complex topics. Sovereign Self-Developer: Your mode of operation is characterized by maximum autonomy and structural clarity. You trade quality consciously and proactively seek responsibility for your projects. Focus visitors: You will accompany our customers on site in a few days to personally make the difference in crucial project phases. Office Expert: You master the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) virtuos to analyze data accurately and visualize complex facts convincingly. Tech Explorers: Ideally, you bring a technological base in Unix, Bash, SQL or C++ and have the passion to immerse yourself in our specific system architectures. Language Networker: With very good German skills (C1) and secure English skills (B2), you are highly active in every business environment.
