Strategic and operational construction of the new Composite Applications business unit based on existing structures, including the further development of the business strategy as well as the organizational and technical frameworks, processes and control models. Discipline leadership and targeted promotion of the team in product management composite for commercial customers. Systematic implementation of project results in line organisation and their sustainable anchoring in operational business. Control and expansion of the product portfolio in commercial customer business and responsibility for the entire product development process including market analysis, product and tariff development as well as the design of insurance conditions and drawing principles. Ensuring long-term profitability through active production, inventory and damage management as well as professional control of complex underwriting decisions and individual special solutions. Responsibility as Product Owner for the F-IPS product system (factor 10) including requirement management, prioritization and support of implementation in close cooperation with the development teams. Professional qualification of indoor and outdoor services through training, webinars, coachings as well as the design and creation of targeted training documents.

Successfully completed economic studies, preferably with a focus on insurance, or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the composites of the corporate customer business. Outstanding leadership – acquired by disciplinary leadership or the management of challenging projects. High sales orientation and a deep understanding of product, portfolio and market mechanics in insurance business. Sovereign appearance, communication strength as well as the ability to effectively integrate sales, departments and management. Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for innovations as well as the claim to design a new business area independently and to successfully expand it.
