The HumanTech Group is a medium-sized, internationally active group based in Steinenbronn. The group includes: Hutzel DrehTech GmbH – with around 90 employees at the Steinenbronn site, we specialize in the production of high-precision rotary parts for different industries, in particular medical technology. HumanTech Spine GmbH – with around 40 employees at the Steinenbronn site, we develop, produce and market implants and instruments for spinal surgery “made in Baden-Württemberg”. Our products are successfully used worldwide. We are looking for Senior Consultant (m/w/d) at Steinenbronn site in parttime After you have been involved, the HR department will support all operational HR topics and will support around 130 employees of Hutzel DrehTech GmbH and HumanTech Spine GmbH – without leadership responsibility.

Trustful support of management, executives and employees throughout the Employee Lifecycle Support throughout the Recruiting and Onboarding Process Working with HR projects (e.g. digitalization, employee development, employer branding) Support and further development of training and training management Administrative support in time, absence and contract management as well as interface to external wage accounting and support in labour law requirements Creation of HR reporting, decision templates and cooperation in budget planning Maintenance of personal files and certification Participation in offboarding including certificate creation and documentation

Successfully completed commercial training with HR focus or studies in Human Resources At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in the middle and in a generalistic role Knowledge of labour law and routine in administrative HR processes Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with HR software of advantage Very good German and good English skills Self-employed, structured and careful working High service orientation, communication strength and discretion
