THE WORK

• You take administrative activities; from the implementation of an entrance to the execution of an exit
• You store accounting-relevant data and provide master data in our accounting system
• You manage our Benefits and develop them
• You'll start intermediate and final certificates
• You will be contact person (m/w/d) for our time recording system after a single phase
• You carry out (part-)projects independently and, together with the team, take part in other personnel projects

THE BRINGS

• You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a further training in the field of personnel
• You bring good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) with
• You are passionate about personal topics and ideally bring your first experience
• You are characterized by a high reliability and an accurate operation
• You are a team player with good communicative skills and sense for the necessary confidentiality that brings this position
• The ability to work independently and "hands-on mentality" complete your profile
