Chief Physician Secretary to the Clinic Director of Child / Adolescent Psychiatry

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. During the day and around the clock, more than 4,900 qualified employees provide care for patients. For the clinic for children's and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy (Director Meike Bottlender), we are looking for a full-time or part-time doctor's assistant at the clinic director's next possible time. 54 beds are available in the clinic for the treatment of children and adolescents at 5 stations (parent child, children, youth and psychosomatics) and 12 treatment sites in the daily clinic. The Institute's Office enables outpatient diagnosis and treatment of our patients. At the Karlsbad-Langensteinbach site, we operate a co-operated transition collective and supervise a therapeutic group of patients with Anorexia nervosa. We treat diseases from the entire spectrum of child and youth psychiatry. Psychotherapeutic approaches to behaviour-therapeutic, deep-psychological and systemic approaches are used. Through the close cooperation and a consil and liaison service with the other specialist clinics and institutes of the SKK, we can offer a highly specialized diagnostics and treatment.

A training for the medical specialist, doctoral assistant, or Kauffrau / Kaufmann in der Gesundheits Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of the me­dic-psychiatric nomenclature are of advantage Professional experience in hospital secretariats or ambu­lancies Very good PC knowledge, safe handling of MS Office applications, ORBIS knowledge Kindness and helpfulness in dealing with patients, their relatives and the team as well as safe handling forms Basic knowledge of GOÄ accounting are advantageous
