You are an architect:with a pronounced sense of numbers and commercial processes? Would you like to introduce your technical know-how and your holistic expertise into exciting construction projects from the first idea to the completion and deepen your “tool box” on technical topics such as the tendering and awarding? As an architect:in the project controlling you make an important contribution to ensuring the economic value of our projects. Become part of our Cost Solutions team. This body shall be placed in full or part-time (at least 28 h/week). Please specify the required hours for your application. Project controlling through cost provision and budget reporting for our projects, especially during the award and construction Creating cost assessments as well as analysis and detection of optimization potentials Assessment and verification of additional costs and supplementary requirements of the construction companies in coordination with our contract experts Advising our customers with regard to cost status and cost optimisation throughout the entire project process as well as contact person for customers and other project participants

Successful degree in architecture or a comparable qualification At least 2-3 years of professional experience as an architect with knowledge in planning and/or construction management, basic knowledge and first understandable experience in cost determination and/or cost tracking and/or tendering and awarding Number affinity and pronounced analytical skills Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Consultancy competence and independent, structured and proactive procedures with the integration of the contributions of third parties Teamability and high capacity for interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration
