In Munich we are looking for you in full time at the next possible time Technical Property Manager (all genders) Tasks & Responsibility: You're expecting You are responsible for technical property operations, including compliance with legal requirements of exciting and high-quality commercial properties To sustainably maintain and enhance your objects, you take into account the planning and implementation of versatile technical management concepts and action plans, e.g. with regard to technical installations, energy management and ESG criteria You manage the respective technical object budgets (CAPEX) and start regular cost-benefit analyses regarding ongoing technical measures and service providers as well as comprehensive object reports for our customers You regularly check the technical and structural condition of your objects to determine the maintenance requirements and warranty tracking As a technical property manager, you control and coordinate the takeover of versatile construction measures, including rent building, renovations, repairs and modernizations You are responsible for the tendering of orders and the selection and coordination of corresponding service providers, e.g. specialist planners, experts, maintenance companies, facility managers, construction companies Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Multiannual professional experience in technical object care or facility management and knowledge of the relevant guidelines Successfully completed technical or craft training or corresponding studies, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, facility management, real estate management, industrial engineering, etc. Communication strength, customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and structured working ·Guide type Class 3/B ·Very good German and MS Office skills You don't meet any requirement?
