technical and leading financing planning as well as coordination, control and project management and control of demanding major and infrastructure projects in the field of public transport and road infrastructure Implementation and monitoring of construction planning over all phases of management and difficulty (up to Honorary Zone V), in particular planning of the construction projects, as well as local construction monitoring and representation of the builders (Construction header) Participation in the further development of the transport infrastructure of the Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt Planning, organisation and management of civic participations and civil information Process control and clarification of operationally relevant procedural issues in all project phases Safeguarding the project control including analyses and results preparation for the establishment of the economic plan Processing of engineering contracts, in particular for large-scale construction projects with a transport significance, and carrying out and supporting procurement procedures for engineering services under national and European procurement law
