These are your tasks

As a career specialist (m/w/d) at the LVR-Verbund für WohnenPlusLiving, you will be able to build a new outpatient care service with professional competence and commitment. They accompany people with mental disabilities and mental impairment and actively contribute to the professional orientation and further development of the offer.

• Varied tasks: They accompany people with mental impairment and support them, usually in the 1:1 setting, in their home and their usual environment. In doing so, you create trusted relationships with a view to their goals of life and development, including relatives, legal advisors and service providers.
• Responsibility and relationship: They are responsible for the nursing support and promotion of people in need of care. They carry out the collection and determination of individual care needs and take over the analysis, evaluation, protection and development of the quality of care.

in the Rhineland. Around 3,100 employees provide individual and common housing and support services for more than 3,300 adults with disabilities in special housing, in their own apartment and in the area of the daily structure.

The Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR) works as a municipal association with around 22,000 employees for the 9,8 million people in the Rhineland.
