Then get yourself in: The IT processes are in your best hands: you develop and implement new IT service management processes and ensure that process documentation and guidelines are always up-to-date and complete. Their focus is on the process for implementing IT projects. In addition, you will organize training to anchor the process knowledge in the company in a sustainable manner. Their expertise lies in the integration of processes: You define and optimize interfaces between different IT processes and departments. Make sure that the processes are seamlessly embedded in the higher-level IT and corporate structure. You actively develop the Atlassian tools: You continuously manage, configure and optimize our Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Apps), especially for IT project and IT service management. You actively shape the orientation and implementation of central IT processes. You always work responsibly: You take responsibility in IT projects and accompany the implementation of the measures developed from planning to realization. You ensure clarity and structure: You coordinate internal and external audits, monitor the implementation of findings and ensure the timely follow-up of measures.

Education: You have completed your studies in (economic) informatics, IT management or bring a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring experience in IT service management (ideally according to ITIL) as well as in the design, optimization and integration of IT processes into existing IT landscapes. You will certainly compete in IT project management and take responsibility in projects – from planning to implementation. Experiences in audit management (internal/external) and quality assurance and action tracking are also desirable. Knowledge: You have profound knowledge of the administration and configuration of Atlassian products, in particular Jira and Confluence (including popular apps). Their knowledge of German lies on at least C1 level in word and writing. Personality: You are characterized by an analytical and conceptual way of thinking and actively contribute to the team with their communicative and social competence. Collaboration: You work independently, structured, solution-oriented and understand yourself as a real team player who follows common goals.
