Your tasks include coordinating and ensuring the correct and immediate processing of incoming fault messages in the gas section. Incoming fault messages are assessed taking into account the GW 1200 DVGW worksheet as well as the internal rules for troubleshooting. In addition, you will ensure the continuous interference acceptance, forwarding, processing and documentation. As a contact person for police, fire brigade and authorities, you coordinate the communication and inform the competent internal and external bodies. The selection and the need-oriented use of the destructive personnel are also within your responsibility. You will also carry out training and instruction, for example for first-security. In addition to this, you support the willingness and working groups in the shift service as a jumper in the handling of incidents

You have a completed training for masters or technicians in the gas sector, as well as optimally over several years of professional experience in initial safety and troubleshooting in the gas sector. In addition, you have successfully completed the TRGI course for gas technology (100 hour gas concession course) and you are a qualified specialist reporting agency according to DVGW certificate course. The safe handling of common IT applications such as MS Office and SAP is part of everyday work for you. A customer-friendly appearance, high self-sufficiency as well as pronounced decision-making characterises you. In addition, you will meet the requirements for a safety review of the SÜ2 level (sabotage protection) according to HmbSÜGG by the State Office for Constitutional Protection.
