Customer Onboarding & Master Data Maintenance Clerk (m/f/d)

You work in the day-to-day operating business and ensure that customers are cleanly created, documents checked and master data are reliably maintained. An important part of your activity is direct contact with our customers – by phone and email. You clarify queries, collect missing information and ensure smooth onboarding. Your focus is on the processing, testing and updating of customer data. You work closely with sales, accounting and other areas. Installation and maintenance of customer master data in our systems Implementation of customer onboarding including verification of relevant documents Telephone and written communication with customers clarification of questions and collection of missing information Ensuring complete and correct customer data Coordination with internal disciplines Creation of evaluations and overviews Support in improving existing processes

Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d), businesswoman for office management (n/w/d) etc. First experience in the field of master data, customer service or order processing Secure handling of ERP systems and MS-Office High accuracy and structured operation Team skills and responsibility Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
