Configuration Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on digitalization

The customer training department (ST34) is responsible for the training of our customers for the entire product portfolio of KNDS Germany. The task is to take over the role of the controller for configuration management in the training projects for our products according to QMS. The following essential activities are your responsibility: You are responsible for the configuration management of documents and curricula of the customer training department You create configuration management plans and are responsible for maintaining and coordinating the configuration process for project-related documents, aim for process optimization and are open to new topics in configuration management The cooperation in product structuring and identification of configuration units is part of your activity They coordinate the release, modification, publishing and archiving of documents The responsibility for the configuration stands and versions of project documents and delivery items, including the proof management, are also important tasks of your function They support our project managers in the operation and maintenance of data in the ILCA database The evaluation of possibilities of digital learning and methods including the development of concepts and their introduction to customer training

Your profile What you can teach you to successfully complete technical university studies, preferably in the field of digitalization, process optimization and management You have good skills and knowledge as Data Base Administrator (DBA) Experiences in digitalization of training (Blended Learning, CBT, paperless learning, etc.) are desirable You can prove reliable English knowledge in word and writing (''GERS'' B2 or higher) You have basic knowledge in configuration management in the fields of technology, software or further education Good knowledge of common office applications are of course for you First experience in the field of education and training in the field of vocational education and training Adult education can be helpful when performing tasks They are a strong communication personality and can inspire people who work with you in the team A structured, independent and responsible way of working is necessary for your successful work
