Scientific assistantin / PhD studentin in the context of designing human-robot teams

The Chair of Digital Transformation at the Faculty of Economics at TU Dortmund teaches and researches at the interface of digital transformation and business informatics, in particular on new, platform-based business models, agile project management, digital service innovations and the digitization of work. In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a scientific assistant for cooperation in teaching and research.

The body shall be occupied for a period of three years. The fee is paid according to the tariff regulations according to pay group 13 TV-L. This is a 75-percent point, with the option to increase. Scientific work in a field of economic informatics in the context of team robot interaction and collaboration, with a focus on perception of fairness and trust in Embodied AI Conception and implementation of sociotechnical field studies in the professional service sector Acquisition and processing of research projects and publication of research results in the above-mentioned field Conception, preparation, support and implementation of courses in the field of digital transformation (up to 3 SWS)

Complete academic studies with reference to economic informatics, economic psychology, psychology, computer science or economics as well as related disciplines with corresponding focus Enthusiasm for topics of digital transformation and business informatics, in particular for the use of technology in the working environment Interest in research and innovation methods, in particular in empirical and/or design-oriented methods Teamability, willingness to deploy, creativity, independentness and fun to develop your own ideas Openness for work in international, interdisciplinary projects Joy in taking responsibility and a strong organizational talent Very good knowledge of German and English
