Head of AWS & AWG (Assistance Services in Residential and Social Areas & Outdoor Living Groups) (m/f/d)

As an area manager, you assume the professional, organizational and personal responsibility for currently 43 clients and 10 employees in AWS and AWG. These include in particular: Professional leadership and further development Design of the pedagogical work in the care process and transparent management of your area – oriented to the mission and to the qualitative and economic objectives of the institution. Ensuring quality in outpatient integration assistance and a modern, person-centric approach to care. Conceptual development of existing offers and structures. Cooperation with home and specialist doctors, clinics, authorities, external partners and cost-beneficiaries. Participation in implementing the BTHG.

Professional and organizational management of a multi-professional team (pedagogical professionals, nursing and assistance staff). Staff planning, employee discussions and team development. Ensuring internal communication, specialist standards and documentation.

Management of needs, planning of assistance and crisis management. Control of the seeking assistance and support of the clients. Responsibility for processes and structures in the decentralised external housing groups. Active cooperation in the team.

Real estate management (in cooperation with building management) Coordination of care, cleaning, renovations and repairs of buildings in close coordination with building management. the conclusion and management of lease and plant-related contracts; Amount of ancillary costs.

You have a completed study of social work/social pedagogy (Diplom/Bachelor), medical education or a completed training as an educator, a curative nurse or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have professional and management experience in integration aid, outpatient psychiatric care, or in the social-psychiatric field. You are an empathic, communicative and decision-making personality that cares for an appreciative and respectful attitude in dealing with people. You are safe in aid planning, documentation and cooperation with power providers and other relevant interfaces. You enjoy conceptual work and the further development of innovative offers within the integration aid. You act responsibly, reliable and team-oriented and bring a good ability to self-organisation. You reflect your own actions and design your workflows structured, efficient and solution-oriented. You have a class B driving licence, since the activity is partially inspected.
