We are looking for you as soon as possible Deputy secretary (w/m/d) for our Orthopaedics / Trauma Surgery in full time.

• General administrative activities for chief physician, senior physician and department
• appointment management and coordination of outpatient private and legal speaking time
• Complete the correspondence of all kinds with patients: inside, doctor's practices, institutions, offices and authorities
• Doctor's certificate
• Planning, design and support of PJ students
• Planning and control of the reception of Elektiv-Patient:incl. Data management
• preparation of session documents, logging, planning of missions
• Support in surgery planning
• Representation as part of the cluster structure

DEIN PROFIL

• completed professional or medical training with professional experience, ideally in the field of assistance
• Application-safe or perfect grammar and orthographic knowledge
• Experience in dealing with hospital information systems desirable
• A high degree of autonomy, organizational talent and sense of responsibility
• Team skills, commitment and flexibility
• Qualified office organization using office technology
