For Financial Controlling we are looking for

Financial Controller (m/w/d) Cost analysis and financial control: You monitor and analyze production and non-production costs, calculate their accounting impacts and create necessary journal bookings. Risk assessment and inventory assessments: They shall ensure that financial risks are correctly taken into account in the results and carry out inventory assessments according to IFRS and HGB taking into account the low-value principle. Financial indicators and results analysis: You determine, check and analyze financial key figures and control variables as a result such as EBITDA and cash as part of the monthly financial statements as well as the business planning (Forecast/Budget) according to Group policies, IFRS and HGB. Reporting and management support: You create financial reports for management, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board and ensure reporting to auditors. Analyzing budget and forecast deviations: They investigate deviations from budget and forecasts, derive optimisation measures and prepare sound basis for decisions. Group reporting and compliance: They complete consolidated financial packages for consolidation purposes, implement SOx controls and ensure the correct application of accounting standards. Process and result optimization: They develop and coordinate concepts for improving earnings, optimize operational processes and drive automation processes. You work closely with controlling areas such as production, shipping, raw material planning and product costs as well as accounting. Stakeholder Management and Coordination: They act as an interface to different stakeholders within the company and between clusters, identical accounts and customize them if necessary. You are also responsible for issues relating to financial key figures and fiscal variables. Project work and international cooperation: They carry out complex and comprehensive tasks within the framework of projects and represent the company in local and European financial projects.

Education: You have a completed (specialized) higher education with a focus on accounting, an equivalent study or a commercial training with a minimum of 3 years of regular training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife). Professional experience: They bring several years of experience in a company or group environment, ideally in a comparable position. Analytical skills and problem solving skills: They have pronounced analytical skills, interpret financial reports safely and solve complex financial problems. Communication and team work: They convince with excellent oral and written expressiveness, like to work with people at all levels of the organization and bring experience in cooperation with international and cross-site teams. Knowledge and IT skills: They have experience with SAP (ACE), in particular in cost centers, cost structures as well as profit and loss accounting and balance sheet structure. You are also versed in handling Microsoft programs and other IT tools. Flexibility and initiative: They are characterized by a high adaptability, self-initiative and sense of responsibility. Language skills: You speak fluently German and English; further language skills are advantageous.
