Senior Controlling Business Partner (m/f/d)

Sparring: You work closely with Head of Group Controlling and Management as a trusted Sparring partner Reporting: You’ll start, analyze and continuously develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Planning: You support and coordinate budget and forecast processes. Analyses: You are creating ad hoc analyses, cost-effectiveness calculations and meaningful management presentations. Optimization: You identify outcome, cost and efficiency potentials and guide concrete action recommendations. Controlling Excellence: You actively develop control tools, key payment systems and reporting landscapes. Projects: You coordinate and support multi-sector finance and performance management projects. Business Insights: You analyze business developments and key value drivers and create sound basis for decision-making for management Data quality: You ensure high quality, consistency and transparency of control information.

Qualification: You have a completed degree in business or economics or a comparable training. Experience: On the basis of several years of professional experience in the group or participation controlling, in the management consulting or in-house consulting or in the audit, you bring a strong understanding of corporate governance and financial relationships. IT knowledge: You have very good knowledge in Excel and in handling ERP systems and BI tools, ideally SAP S/4 HANA and SAC. Working methods: Your analytical skills characterize you, you are strategically and structured and keeps the view for the whole. Soft Skills: A high self-initiative, pronounced communication skills and a pleasure in building and design are yours. Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
