For our field of energy and climate protection, we are looking for a TGA engineer or engineer building technology, engineer environmental technology, engineer energy technology, economic engineer or an energy consultant (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) as Project Manager Climate Strategies and Energy Consulting (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d)

Creating climate strategies and climate paths as well as consulting our customers with regard to achieving climate targets Independent management and control of projects in the field of energy inventory development including time, cost and quality control Data analyses, evaluations of energy consumption and contracts using our own software IGIS Investment cost determination and creation of feasibility analyses for energetic quarters using decarbonised technologies Preparation and implementation of workshops and presentation of results with our customers (in presence or online)

A completed study with reference to sustainability topics, real estate and/or building technology, e.g. in the fields of technical building equipment (TGA), green building, energy and environmental technology, renewable energies, economic engineering, real estate, or Real estate Ideally, the first knowledge of the real estate industry or an immobility training, additional training as an energy consultant Competence in communication, presentation and organizational tasks Safe handling of current MS Office programs, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Flexibility and readiness to travel within Germany (to a small extent)
