You carefully control incoming supplier invoices and make sure that commercial and sales tax requirements are met Check goods movements in our Business Central business system and collect supplier invoices using our OCR tool Together with the team, you keep the billing flow in mind and contribute to transparently controlling value flows in the sense of cash flow and financial reporting You are an important interface between purchase and finance, helping both areas work efficiently You are in close cooperation with Warehouse, Logistics, Vendors, Finance and Purchase, so that information flows quickly and processes remain coordinated. You support the management of the cross-departmental processes and help to ensure that the collection and release process of the invoices works smoothly You contribute to quality assurance by keeping topics like Goods in Transit or Prepayment Invoices clean and up to date

You have a completed, commercial training (e.g. in large and foreign trade, in industry, in the office sector or in a comparable field) You have already gained professional experience in a similar environment and feel safe in the accounting or financial sector You can speak English and you can communicate well in English You like to work with MS Office, especially with Excel, and ideally have touch points with ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central - which is not a must! You think analytically, look closely and go on themes structured and solution-oriented You organize yourself, set priorities with an eye dimension and stay calm and structured even with higher work You communicate value-estimating and like to work together in the team and across department boundaries
