At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a temporary worker: on behalf of DB InfraGO AG, for use as a service for passengers in mobile service (w/m/d) at the Hamburg location. As a temporary worker, you deliver your work directly on site in the mentioned business field while you complete your work relationship with us, the DB Zeitarbeit.

Your tasks:

• You represent the Deutsche Bahn in the Servicepoint (DB Information) and mobile service in the railway station as well as on boarding, thereby ensuring the satisfaction of the customers:
• You are contact person:for information on track changes, malfunctions in operation, failure of trains, connection failures and travel alternatives
• providing information to travellers through appropriate information systems and media
• the issue of passenger documents and the review of suspended schedules and posters on their topicality and optical condition
• As a trustee of the client, you will also receive information
• You will also help people with limited mobility at the platform and take initial assistance

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in a service profession, e.g. in sales, in catering or in the commercial sector
• Good knowledge of German, English are desirable
• Experience in the service industry and dealing with customers:
• Secure, friendly appearance, attention and customer-oriented characterize you
• We can't do anything without our employees at the station – at no time. You should therefore bring the willingness to the shift service (2-shift, weekend and holiday work)
• To represent the company at the station, a uniform appearance is important. Therefore, you should be ready to wear business clothing
• Good ways of handling and a well-kept appearance complete your profile
