As a whole, You lead and develop finance with around 50 employees and establish a modern, performance- and value-oriented leadership confession. Financial Strategic Architecture: You are responsible for investment and liquidity planning and strategic financial planning to guarantee the future viability of the group and its subsidiaries. Group Accounting and Compliance: Your hands are responsible for accounting according to HGB and KHBV, the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as the consolidation of consolidated financial statements. Digitalization and process design: You promote the automation of accounting and interface processes and drive the digital transformation in finance as a project-driven enabler (m/w/d). Strategic Stakeholder Management: You act as a sovereign partner (m/w/d) for banks, accountants and cost-beneficiaries and analystically support complex pay negotiations.

Academic qualification: completed study of business management or a comparable qualification with focus on finance / accounting Leadership Excellence: Multiannual, well-founded leadership experience in a complex financial environment (at least ten years of professional experience, of which five years in senior position) Expertise: Deep knowledge of relevant accounting standards (HGB) as well as experience in managing change processes and in the project management Value orientation: Active identification with the vision and diaconic values of Diakoneo and the willingness to shape our profile empathically and courageously Analytical Strength: Embossed competence to solve complex business issues at the interface between social and economic objectives willingness to design and initiative: Representative initiative and joy in the active development and optimization of processes in the sense of a modern and future-oriented financial organization
