They are responsible for the creation and continuous development of sales and marketing reports for sales and marketing management as well as management They conduct special analyses and geodata evaluations for VIP customers and management You take over the area planning and customer segmentation – including the creation of market, potential and customer analyses They coordinate the coordination between departments (marketing, sales, internal IT) and IT service providers and ensure the successful implementation of technical interface projects, including the connection to the internal ERP system They work closely with the central control department They continuously support and develop our CRM system (Cobra) and the digital customer journey They identify optimization potentials of internal business processes (Marketing & Sales) and contribute to the maintenance of the organization guide They collect technical requirements, create concepts and use cases for implementation They participate in the preparation and organisation of sales and marketing meetings and participate in them You take over the professional and disciplined leadership of a small team

You have successfully completed your studies (BWL, VWL, Mathematics, with focus on statistics, controlling, market research, business informatics or comparable) They have min. 3 years of professional experience as Business Data Analyst, in market research or similar Your German knowledge in word and writing are very good (C1 level) You control the processing of data securely and have sound knowledge in handling analysis tools as well as very good knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint You have experience in agile project management in the IT interface area Ideally, you have knowledge of Power BI (e.g. Cognos) and basic knowledge of AI (e.g. Phyton) They work independently, structured and solution-oriented and are a real team player
