In the daycare centre, you care for adults who are chronically mentally ill, who cannot pursue work on the general labour market due to their specific situation of life. As an employee in the day-to-day facility, you can promote the re-entry of clients into the world of work or into a workshop for disabled people through regular simple work offers with additional service. In addition, you support clients in all matters with social assistance providers, offices, authorities and doctors.

• have completed studies as a social pedagogue or comparable,
• have already gained professional experience in working with mentally ill people
• have real, deep interest in humans and always see others as a whole
