You take over the leadership of the Traffic Planning team and ensure efficient and future-oriented resource and traffic planning You are responsible for managing tasks, priorities and capacities in the team You are responsible for sound decisions and thus ensure economical, safe and high-quality transport and resource planning You ensure the incorporation, professional support and further development of our colleagues and promote a good team culture You represent the area of traffic planning in cross-departmental projects and work closely with internal and external partners You are driving forward the continuous improvement of processes and cross-departmental cooperation

Successfully completed training in the railway, logistics or forwarding environment or a comparable qualification with a ground-based focus At least two years of professional experience in transport, production or resource planning At least one year of professional experience as a manager Good geographical knowledge as well as a pronounced understanding of logistical and railway relations Responsibility, decision-making and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English as well as a structured and solution-oriented method
