Wolfenbüttel | Full time

You run the 6-member team of market communication within the Market Service department. Process optimization: You ensure the cost-optimized and quality-optimized implementation of the processes of market communication and operate the further development of automation and digitalization. Control: You define team goals and control the implementation. You can also control the service provider used. Projects: You work in multi-disciplinary projects and take on special tasks. Employee development: You regularly conduct employee talks and identify potentials and training needs and promote targeted further development.

Qualification: completed commercial vocational training and vocational training e.g. Experience: Very good knowledge of the energy industry. Knowledge of technical expertise and excellent knowledge of market communication Rule knowledge: Good knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations (EnWG, GVV, GPKE, GeLi, Wim) Software knowledge: Routinized handling of MS Office programs as well as ERP and accounting systems, ideally sluices Self-organization: independent, committed and highly targeted Guide style: both inside and outside trusted, sovereign and clear appearance – with a cool head even in difficult situations
