Facility Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership of our team of 12 employees with heart and brain. In doing so, you can consistently appreciate the attitude of the wearer with your team, take into account the needs of all involved and have a good view of organisational and economic conditions. You also conduct critical employee talks at your fingertips, look at your team and, as an idea and structure provider, support each individual to contribute their skills in a valuable way. Your team can rely on your high level of expertise and you are on-site as a coach and companion in crises. In doing so, you take initiatives from the team and bring them into implementation in good coordination with your colleagues on site and in the office. You have a good look at the needs of the supervised children and, in addition to the necessary organizational processes, you can create a family everyday life for the small people together with the team.

You have successfully completed a study of social work, social education or the like, or a corresponding training and several years of experience in child and youth assistance + already at least 2 years of experience as an institution management. You are analysing systemically what team, pedagogy and companies need, have a good look at business relationships and fill leadership responsibility with a lot of empathy, commitment and everyday fitness. In addition to your good pedagogical expertise, you have a lot of flexibility, are an organizational talent and do not let you rest in crises. In turbulent times, you keep calm and overview and manage to capture emotions and redirect your team into constructive ways. You like to actively shape everyday work and reflect both your behavior and your team critically to enable joint development. You have a class B license.
