The way in which vocational education and training in Germany develops tomorrow is already decided at your workplace in the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB) in Bonn. As a national and international competence centre with more than 850 employees, we are actively working on vocational education in dialogue with science, politics and practice, thereby making a significant social contribution. NA at BIBB works on behalf and with financial support from the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) and is responsible for the EU Education Programme Erasmus+ in the field of vocational training and adult education in Germany. It also carries out numerous European and international tasks in these two areas. The task of the “Mobility, Internationalisation of Vocational Training” team is to enable foreign stays in vocational training within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme and to promote the internationalisation of vocational training in Germany.

Experience in the consultation of vocational training institutions is required (at least two years) good knowledge of German vocational training and education system and current vocational training issues; Confidence with the European Union's educational programmes (especially Erasmus+) and joy in communicating them Experience in project management and service-oriented support of projects secure IT application knowledge (Microsoft Office Package) knowledge of English which corresponds at least to level B1 of the European reference framework for languages; Knowledge of other foreign languages is advantageous diverse personal skills, e.g. self-responsible and service-oriented mode of operation, pleasure in work in the team, pronounced communicative skills, organisational skills and the willingness to occasional service trips in Germany and European countries
