Digitalization & System Landscape: You will advise our personnel areas as an internal expert partner in the further development and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules (focus: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation). Design and configure requirements: You take up the requirements of the HR areas, analyze them and implement them independently in the system – including the Hands-on configuration in the modules and the monitoring of changes. Workshops & Best Practices: You carry out targeted workshops with HR, present best practice solutions and make complex system requirements tangible for the field. Responsibility & Responsibility: Within our Solution Driven organization you take the technical and technical responsibility for your module areas and can actively shape forward-looking decisions. Interfaces & Partner Control: You plan and coordinate changes and rollouts in close cooperation with HR specialist departments, internal IT/development teams and external SAP implementation partners. .
