Mercuri Urval is looking for a Cold Chain Solutions Manager EMEA (m/w/d) for the EMEA region to expand the team as an instructed personnel consultancy for the Envirotainer location in Frankfurt am Main.

Contact person for technical questions about the cooling chain in transport and their reliability Monitoring and analysis of the internal and external handling of the containers to ensure high reliability for the customer Close cooperation with the College of Customer Support, R&D and Product Management to ensure reliable performance of the containers Support in the cause analysis for continuous improvement and derivation of corrective and preventive measures Processing of container reliability problems for all customers in the EMEA region Sales Team support in questions Planning and implementation of internal and external training and training Travel activity of about 20%

Complete studies, e.g. with focus on logistics / supply chain management or completed commercial training for forwarding and logistics services Professional experience in air freight/airfreight, in an airline/ cargo, in freight forwarding or logistics Experience as a contact person for the customer, for the logistics or service Knowledge of pharmaceutical handling / temperature-sensitive shipments are advantageous Very good knowledge about Microsoft Excel and Outlook High service and customer orientation, very good communication skills, pro-active and independent operation German and English skills
