Care of trainees in our own training workshop Implementation of the training regulation and coordination of vocational training switching and securing the training objectives and controlling the use of practice Preparation of trainees for final examinations Planning, organizing and accompanying training projects Participation in training fairs and support for trainee recruiting mentoring and further development of trainees taking into account the individual needs

Successfully completed vocational training as an electronic engineer and a further training as a master or technician with completed training examination according to AEVO Funded theoretical and practical knowledge in electrical engineering + PLC programming Experience in cooperation with young people and trainees desirable Joy in dealing with people in vocational training Willingness to continue development Self-working and sense of responsibility A high level of social competence and enforcement Good user knowledge of MS Office, English skills are advantageous
