Project Manager Design the indoor climate of tomorrow (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Project Manager (m/w/d) for the region of Southern Germany to expand our construction site business. Project Manager (m/w/d) Design the room climate of tomorrow QLIMATE – Future arises where people together create solutions. At QLIMATE we develop intelligent heating and cooling ceiling systems for modern working environments, health buildings and public buildings. Your mission: You make sure that a successfully completed construction project is made from a good planning. As a project manager, you take the technical and commercial responsibility for our construction projects. You can organize all parties, keep dates, quality and costs in mind and are contact persons for customers, specialist planners and our assembly partners. You are the central interface between planning, construction site and customer.

Projects successfully manage construction projects independently from planning to accounting Keep an eye on dates, costs and quality Coordinating and optimizing construction processes

Customers advise heating farmers, specialist planners and architects Create and evaluate performance directories Develop individual solutions together with our customers

Building sites coordinate business management and coordination Monitoring progress Exercise and accompany billing and post-calculation

Technical and commercial project responsibility Detecting risks early and developing solutions Close cooperation with sales, planning and production

We're not looking for a perfect checklist. More important is that you take responsibility, work structured and have the pleasure of successfully completing construction projects. Ideally, you have: an education or study in the field of civil engineering, interior construction, dry construction, construction works or a comparable subject Professional experience in project management or construction management Knowledge of VOB and construction contracting Experience in handling MS Office and digital project tools Organizational and economic thinking Communication strength and safe occurrence Joy in working independently and making decisions
