The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. Your tasks

• Responsibility: You plan and tax, in cooperation with our developers, the activities within the group for our Microsoft Dynamics - Customer Insights Solution
• Consultation: Supporting the department of Kaufland with regard to our IT solutions from start-up to consulting to operational transfer
• Communication: As part of our international rollouts, you agree with the various specialist areas of the national companies
• Analysis: For our international project of the "Kaufland Card" you specify new requirements and are advising on the side of the technical implementation to carry out functional tests
• Support: You serve the entire cloud solution from analysis to implementation to operation

Your profile

• Passion: You bring an enthusiasm for customer relationship management (CRM) (for marketing customer insights) and are interested in AI/KI extensions
• Experience: You have ideally already gained experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the context of CRM
• Analytical thinking: You can quickly find yourself in a complex system architecture environment
• Hands-on-Mentality: Self-initiative and decision-making
• Teamplayer: High communication skills and service orientation are one of your strengths
• Qualification: A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Communication: You can communicate well in German and English (in word and writing)
