You instruct, guide and control our production staff in the daily workflow and ensure that the tasks are properly performed You participate in the work, coordinate the processes and keep an overview of the progress of production You are the first person in assembly for organisational and operational challenges You prepare jobs and some machines according to the requirements of the group management You order Kanban material on the basis of piece lists and make it available to the production staff on time You compensate for defects in the production warehouse using our ERP system. More complex processes tune with the group management production and team management warehouse You log empty Kanban containers over the ERP system and refill them after receipt of goods

Ideally, you bring: Organizational institution Durability Clear and valuable communication Team skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in the production of an industrial plant of advantage Experience in handling an ERP system of advantage
